Capture and track the initial application, produce quotes, bind policy, analyze reports quickly and easily.

All pertinent application and quote data is automatically transferred to the policy at the time of binding.

Policy & Premium Management

Set up the policy form as primary, excess of loss, or exposure unit (vehicles, property, cargo, etc.). Capture major peril, ISO subline, and classification. Track certificates as individual items from the master policy.

Premiums Receivable

Premium receipt tracking and cash application is fully integrated with the policy management module. Create invoices automatically during the entry of a premium transaction or manually by selecting a transaction on file.

Claim Management

The claim management system seamlessly transfers all pertinent policy information to the claim during initial setup of a loss. Easy claim entry facilitates tracking of loss by numerous categories, including event (catastrophe), third-party adjuster, cause, claimant(s), and feature(s).

Losses Payable

This fully integrated module and straight forward design makes printing of laser checks quick and easy. User has control of all check fields, including bank control numbers. Claim transactions designed for check payment are automatically set for check selection.
